Na systemach operacyjnych Windows, GravityZone zapewnia ochronę punktów końcowych za pomocą następujących agentów bezpieczeństwa:

– Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools (BEST) dla Windows Legacy – jest inteligentnym, świadomym środowiska agentem bezpieczeństwa, zdolnym do automatycznej konfiguracji zgodnie z rodzajem punktu końcowego. Zapewnia elastyczny system skanowania, będący idealnym wyborem dla każdego środowiska (fizycznego, wirtualnego, lub chmury).

– Endpoint Security – agent bezpieczeństwa przeznaczony dla fizycznych punktów końcowych systemu Windows, zapewnia ochronę przed złośliwym oprogramowaniem, zaporę systemową, oraz narzędzia kontroli zawartości. Jest to starszy agent, więc możesz go nie znaleźć w swoim rozwiązaniu GravityZone.

Agent bezpieczeństwa nie jest kompatybilny z innymi programami antymalware, zapory systemowej, lub oprogramowaniem zabezpieczającym. Uruchomienie agenta jednocześnie z innym oprogramowaniem zabezpieczającym na komputerze może wpłynąć na ich działanie, oraz spowodować poważne problemy z systemem.

Przed instalacją upewnij się, że odinstalowałeś istniejące oprogramowanie antymalware, oraz zapory sieciowej, z komputerów, które chcesz ochraniać z agentem GravityZone.

Ważne:

Funkcje bezpieczeństwa Windows (Windows Defender, Windows Firewall) zostaną automatycznie wyłączone zanim instalacja agenta zostanie rozpoczęta.

Aby ułatwić instalację z istniejącymi oprogramowaniami zabezpieczającymi, agent automatycznie sprawdza, oraz wykrywa dużą liczbę niekompatybilnych programów zabezpieczających podczas instalacji (lista znajduje się poniżej):

– Podczas zdalnego instalowania agenta, za pomocą zadania Instalacji Klienta z Control Center, instalator automatycznie próbuje odinstalować wykryte, niekompatybilne oprogramowanie. Wiele z wykrytych programów może zostać usunięte automatycznie, lecz część już nie. Po usuwaniu wykrytych programów, komputer uruchomi się ponownie, a instalacja wznowi się automatycznie.

– Podczas instalowania agenta lokalnie, za pomocą pakietu instalacyjnego pobranego z Control Center, instalator ostrzega o wykrytym, niekompatybilnym programie, a następnie prosi o jego odinstalowanie. Musisz podążać za instrukcjami, aby usunąć każde wykryte oprogramowanie. Restart komputera jest wymagany do całkowitego usunięcia wykrytych programów. Instalacja wznowi się automatycznie po ponownym uruchomieniu.

Jeśli wykryte oprogramowanie nie może zostać usunięte, instalator nie będzie kontynuował instalacji, tylko prześle wiadomość z błędem do Control Center. Możesz znaleźć szczegóły w zadaniu raportu, do którego masz dostęp ze strony Sieć > Zadania, poprzez kliknięcie na nazwę zadania.
